Candice Fori, PA-C - Chesapeake Urology

Dr. Mendez is fellowship-trained from one of the top programs in the nation in sexual dysfunction, genital reconstructive surgery, andrology, and male infertility. She specializes in comprehensive erectile dysfunction management, penile prosthetics, male & female sexual dysfunction, Peyronie's disease, testosterone replacement therapy, male infertility, microscopic surgery, male & female stress urinary incontinence, and male pelvic pain and testicular pain. Dr. Mendez also has interests in stone disease, BPH, overactive bladder, hematuria, and non-invasive bladder cancer.

Dr. Uberoi practices general urology and focuses on robotic surgery of the prostate, kidney, ureters, and bladder. He specializes in the advanced treatments for large and complex kidney stones including percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL) and also performs retrograde intrarenal surgery (RIRS). In addition, Dr. Uberoi provides preventive care for patients with kidney stones through medical metabolic management. He also focuses on ureteral strictures, treatment of enlarged prostate/BPH with innovative therapies including UroLift and Rezūm, and treatment of erectile dysfunction.

Bethlehem "Betty" Addis is a certified family nurse practitioner with extensive experience in hospital settings, outpatient clinics, sub-acute care, and long-term care. She joined Chesapeake Urology in 2021, working with patients at Montgomery General Hospital and in Chesapeake Urology's Silver Spring office. Betty performs assessments, diagnoses, and treatment of patients in the hospital and ER, performs consultations, sees inpatient/ER consultations, manages post-operative patients, and performs admissions and discharges. She began her career as a registered nurse at Holy Cross Hospital in 2013 and has worked since in various capacities as a family nurse practitioner before joining Chesapeake Urology.
