He has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science from The Johns Hopkins University and an MBA from Loyola College ( Maryland ). Kathy has worked for KiteTech for 8 years. She is a Certified Network Administrator and a Certified Public Accountant. Before coming to KiteTech, Kathy spent 10 years as the controller for Insurance Services Group. She is an expert in the configuration, support, and operation of agency management software. Kathy has a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Baltimore. Daniel has worked for KiteTech for 4 years. He is a Microsoft Certified Professional with 8 years experience troubleshooting various computer and network problems. Daniel specializes in solving those particularly challenging puzzles that leave other analysts scratching their heads. Daniel and his wife Alicia live in Richmond, Virginia and Daniel supports Kite Tech's clients remotely from there.
