The one star was for the staff. Otherwise I would give it a zero. 95 degrees and they did not turn on the hallway AC. Pool is not fixed, nor the hot tub. No room clean up service unless you ask...

Roof over the pool area was leaking, the hot tub was just warm dirty water no jets Most horrible in the bathroom when pulling out tissue, a vow of drug substance popped out.
