I saw the 1 star but went on a friend's referral. I had 10 dress shirts I was leaving for noon next day pick up. I asked for dry cleaning. $1.98 was quoted price for each shirt. I arrived next...

Left 2 pairs of dress pants for dry cleaning. When I got them home, both were badly shrunken! This never happened with other cleaners.
