Take your money elsewhere!! They charged me a paper statement fee and did not even send me paper statements. Was told I did not sign up for electronic statements...I'm sorry but if you are going...

I am not one to complain but this has frustrated me enough to do so:. Had an online bill payment debit from my account to pay a bill through FCB bill pay but the money was never sent to the payee....
