Could this guy be any ruder? And the meat is always so fatty. The brisket is like 90% fatty gristle.

OMG, this was SO GOOD! As a life-long Texan, I know what good brisket is supposed to taste like and let me tell ya, this is the real deal! The pulled pork is also to die for! Do yourself a favor...
