I can't count how many times I've been rescheduled and almost always at the last minute. He constantly stops his work to text other people back or watch the reels they send him.

This was a cover up on one side which wasn't really covered . It was a battle to just have him not reschedule appointments . The art is the worst ever . I paid 1800 for my tattoo taking a month...
