So pleased with the work that was done. The technician was very professional and efficient. They were even able to get some stains out of the carpet that I thought was going to be impossible.

Broke the windshield of our volvo station wagon while loading carpets. Initially took responsibility but refused to pay for it. Apparently it cost too much ($1800) Refused to reimburse us for it....
