Cotton Weeds is a full service quilt shop on the Maine coast conveniently located just 15 miles north of Portland and immediately south of the Freeport shopping district. Our shop is in a newly renovated large space that offers friendly, knowledgeable staff, inspiration, an abundance of delectable fabrics and plenty of parking.

They have a nice inventory and the staff are friendly. It's a shop we have to visit each time we're in Maine! Note: they've moved closer to town since we last shopped there about 3 or 4 years ago....

I always stop here when I come through this area. I love the batik fabric selections. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. Well worth the trip!
