I go to this Burger King frequently and the staff is very rude and they do not listen to orders and have messed up my order every time I've went there I would go to a different one

WORST customer service, they are hitting vapes in the kitchen and get my order wrong almost every single time i come here. is there ever a manager on shift? like we need some regulation here...

Extremely rude worker. Made an order through uber eats to pick up. Could not hear the worker through the intercom sat for 5 mins at the pick up window and then she told me to go to the front...
