Barry Rubin, MSW, LCSW of Bangor Family Counseling in Bangor, Maine has lived and worked in this community as a licensed clinical social worker and family counselor since 1994. Authorized by the state to diagnose and treat mental and emotional disorders, he consults with school departments, runs support groups for parenting programs, and facilitates and runs a support group for ADHD.
