Our firm now employs 8 people ( 7 mortgage consultants ). Our primary market area encompasses the North Shore and South Shore of Lake Pontchartrain. With many of our clients relocating to other states besides Louisiana we have also extended our reach into most of the national market as well. In 2004 Integra Lending Group started a mortgage banking division that allows us to fund Nationally. This means that Integra Lending is lending it's own money, therefore controlling the whole loan process. From the beginning we wanted to stand out from the rest. So many local companies were regionalized with their names. We wanted the flexibility to expand beyond our immediate market if our organic growth took us in that direction. We continue to work diligently to have our name stand out amongst the others in what sometimes feels like an extremely impacted industry. We have worked closely with NABOR ( North Shore Area Board of Realtors ), and the professional Realtors in our area to stand out as a quality firm that brings value, education and clarity to their clients financing situations.
