I'm pretty sure every single nail on my hand has a cut or wound from them filing my SKIN so hard. My cuticles are in pain and left this place BLOODY.

I got my eyebrows waxed for anniversary pictures and they did not come out right. when I asked for them to be corrected, I was told they were thin when I came in. I will have to work on them...
