We were scammed. They charged us extra $15 for "VIP treatment". We arrived ON TIME for scheduled appointment, and at checkout they added this fee saying it was because we we didn't come early. WTF?

They're not my normal pet store, and only had my second choice pet food. But they were polite and had decent prices. The store was well organized but could have been stocked better.
