They offer Priority Access, which is something we wanted, and it also gives a $50 massage discount... but it doesn't. We could not get the discount when we tried to book a time (while at port)....

Way overcrowded, the staff are really friendly though. We also were given a room that someone was already in, they split our party's joined rooms that it took forever to figure out over 100 calls...
