Neil Foley, MD

Dr. Mamina Turegano is a board-certified dermatologist who earned her M.D. from the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine and completed her dermatology residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch. She specializes in medical dermatology, with particular expertise in acne, rosacea, and pigmentary disorders. Dr. Turegano employs advanced laser treatments and topical biologics, and she is passionate about patient education, especially in culturally tailored skin-care regimens. She is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology and regularly presents on innovations in pigmentation management.

Dr. Katharine Saussy, M.D., trained at Louisiana State University School of Medicine and completed her dermatology residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. She treats a wide spectrum of skin diseases—from atopic dermatitis and eczema to melanoma. Dr. Saussy is particularly focused on pediatric dermatology and procedural dermatology, including cyst removal and Mohs surgery. A Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, she is committed to compassionate, family-centered care and regularly lectures on advances in biologic therapies for inflammatory skin disorders.

Dr. Kristy Charles is a board-certified dermatologist who earned her M.D. at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and completed her residency at UT Southwestern. She specializes in inflammatory and autoimmune skin disorders—such as psoriasis, eczema, and lichen planus—as well as cosmetic treatments including injectables and chemical peels. Dr. Charles is active in clinical research on biologic therapies, presenting at national conferences, and is dedicated to educating patients on disease management and preventive skin care to achieve lasting results.
