In 1962 my family moved to the United States from Sicily. The Todaro's settled in New Orleans where they worked in the restaurant and grocery business. In 1979 my uncle Marcello moved to Lafayette where he started a restaurant and wine bar. The business was so successful that entire family moved there. My father, Gene opened a wine market using his brother's already successful name. Today we have stores in both Lafayette and Baton Rouge with more to follow. Stop by to experience some old world hospitality and many great bargains. Be sure to tell them that Gene sent you.
