Mr. Dickson came in clutch with 16 plates for our oilfield location last minute, and man oh man was it good, 2 meat plate with brisket and sausage along with potato salad and beans, the plates...

Definitely delicious BBQ just don't be in a rush to eat. It's a 1 man show and it's worth the wait!
