Beautiful glasswork. And the owners were absolutely lovely. Theyvwere so knowledgeable about their craft and did not hesitate to share their knowledge. They truly love what they do and it shows.

Whether you are a glass enthusiast, hobbyist, beginner, novice or professional, the Lizano’s can relate. Lizano’s Glass Haus, Inc. is a family run studio, the trio consists of a husband, wife and daughter team; Al, Liliana and Paulette Lizano. Al and Liliana are natives of San Jose, Costa Rica and Tela, Honduras respectively. They have been living in the New Orleans area for over 50 years, so they’re official transplants. Paulette was made in Germany while Al served in the United States Army but born and raised in New Orleans. (hence the reason we spell house in German)
