Jessica S. Koller Gorham, MD

Trent D. Desselle, MD, provides psychiatry services at Ochsner Health. Dr. Desselle earned his medical degree from the Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans. Following graduation, he stayed at LSU New Orleans to complete his internship and residency. He also has completed a forensic psychiatry fellowship at the University of Maryland. Dr. Desselle specializes in psychiatry. He has been on staff at Ochsner since 2005 and practices at the Ochsner Medical Center - New Orleans. Dr. Desselle is board-certified in psychiatry. Dr. Desselle's areas of special interest include transcranial magnetic stimulation and forensic psychiatry.

Ariana Mitchell, PhD, specializes in psychology at Ochsner Health. They treat mental health disorders including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, psychotic disorders, eating disorders, addiction and substance use disorders, personality disorders, and obsessive-compulsive and related disorders.

Dr. Fawad A. Khan is a physician in New Orleans specializing in neurology, epilepsy and seizure disorders, headache care, and dizziness. He completed his residency at the University of North Carolina Hospitals - Chapel Hill, North Carolina in adult neurology. Dr. Khan completed a fellowship in clinical neurophysiology and epilepsy at the University of Michigan Hospitals in Ann Arbor. He is the director of the Ochsner Comprehensive Epilepsy Center.
