Welcome to S&W Wholesale Foods S&W Wholesale Foods, Inc specializes in distribution of fresh and frozen meats, seafood, produce, dairy, condiments and canned goods. In addition, we supply chemical and cleaning supplies, paper products, plasticware, light equipment and kitchenware. Frank J. Spalitta and Richard Willams established S & W in 1978. The business started small with the warehouse, coolers, freezers and office space totaling only 5, 000 square feet. Initially the product line consisted of meats, such as hams, sausage and ground beef. The product line grew and by the end of the first year, S & W had established a customer base of approximately 50 and delivered only in Tangipahoa parish. In the following years, the company's growth multiplied due to the dedication and hard work of the S&W staff, the loyality of our customers and a commitment from our vendors to help us grow. In 1985, Frank and Rosemary's son, Paul, joined the company, adding his expertise and determination to strengthen the company even further. Because of this rapid growth, it was necessary for S&W to expand its facilities seven times. S&W's warehouse, coolers, freezers and office space now totals almost 100, 000 square feet. The customer base now encompases several surrounding parishes. In early 2006, Frank and Rosemary ageed to retire after many sucessful years in business. Paul and his wife, Tiffany, purchased S&W Wholesale and are dedicated to the continued development of the company. They will continue the customer-first attitude that has always been S&W's mission.
