The AC is broken for almost 1 month and they dont have any maintenance to fix it. The contractor only does a temporary fix and with this heat wave, its almost useless.

May 2022 Update from my earlier review: They never fixed the damage both inside and outside the apartments from Hurricane Ida (8 months later!) yet still expect full rent living in subpar...
