Chase Bank

Overall, I had no issues at this location. I was here just before they opened and was basically in and out. I am a long-time Chase client and really cannot ever remember an issue with them.

There's no walk up atm.. and every time I come here something always wrong with the drive up atm... It says both are open, but only one in service.... Took me 20min.. ridiculous..

Something told me to just go to the Metairie branch but this location is one mile closer so I figured I'd give them a chance. Now what should have been a 10 minutes transaction tops has turned...

Lines are very long at this location, but today they were exceptionally long. I waited in line for 40 mins to hear that the business banker was not at the location today.

I love chase and the fact that the bank is right here by my house. but this drive thru was no thought if properly. there are 4 lanes. two of the lanes had atms but all 4 lanes u can send stuff to...
