His menu starts off with a wide selection of "From Scratch" appetizers such as Fried Mushrooms, Pickles, Thin and Crispy Onion Rings, or Jalapeno's. You won't believe the Homemade Cheesesticks! They will melt in your mouth! Your biggest task at Catfish Charlie's is deciding what to order, whether it's the Juicy Jumbo Shrimp, whole Farm Raised Fillets, Thin and Crispy Catfish, Oysters, or any combination of these!
