It is well kept up. The owner clean it all day. She is steadily trying to bring in updated equipment. The people that work out there are friendly and respectful. There are 2 qualify trainer. But...

I find this gym to be very clean and a pleasant atmosphere to workout in. I've been there at different times and it's never overly crowde. Transferring membership was quick and easy.

What horrible management. This was my home club. I moved out of state and didn't have anytime gym close to my house. I called SEVERAL times over the period of 4 months and left voicemails...
