They will not allow me to cancel my plan. I have moved, sent proof and yet they still will not allow me to cancel. They want me to drive 45mins away to Minden, LA..... By far the worst experience...

A total scam scheme. they will say you can conclude your contract when you moved locations. after you moved you submit your documentation and they continue to charge services. becarefull out...
