We handcraft Wilderness Trail Kentucky Straight Bourbon, Blue Heron Vodka, Settler's Select Whiskey and Harvest Rum. Using local grains that travel only 3 miles from field to bottle, we make premium spirits on a 250 gallon copper pot still. This was our stop for a tour and a tasting. Really nice place but way out in the boonies! Checked in and wondered around a bit. Really nice. Tour was amazing. Lots of good info and photo ops.
