I eat a Wendy's at least once a week, this past month or so the food seems to be getting worse. Today I just had enough! The chicken sandwich was horrible

This Wendy's has good food and the dining room is kept sparkling clean. But 25 minute waits in the drive-thru? Come on!!! Yes I clocked it. That needs immediate improvement.

Awesome lemonade but slow, slow service. Person at the window discussed his life story with a customer who bought a soda. Don't ask them to throw away a cup they are not allowed to.

Order wrong and employees discussing issues while waiting forever. Seemed a little lacking in mngt. Food was adequate. Would go back in a pinch but try to find something else.
