HistoryMy practice in property maintenance started in 2005 taking care and repairing empty apartments here in Lexington with my father as a maintenance guy. We did painting, drywall repair and several other services with in the buildings. 3 years after that, landscape services was introduced as a way to make some extra money and then I ended up working for two landscape companies, one focusing on residential properties where I learn how to focus in small details and customer relations. The second company focus on commercial size properties such as Lexmark headquarters where I learn the expectations of big corporation and how to manage landscaping crews to fulfill those expectations. Having learn all this different experiences and founding the need to become self employed, I decided to establish Galguera Maintenance and Landscaping focusing on giving our customers full interior and exterior services to reduce the headache of trying to find multiple contractors for property projects.
