Terri L Haynes, APRN

Russell Shatford, M.D., MPH, MSEd, joined Norton Healthcare in November 2010. He brings more than 15 years of experience to Louisville Arm & Hand. Dr. Shatford is a graduate of Tulane University Medical School in New Orleans. He completed his surgical residency at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, and later completed a hand surgery fellowship with the Christine M. Kleinert Institute for Hand and Micro Surgery in Louisville. He is board certified in general surgery and maintains a certificate of added qualification in hand surgery. In addition to offering a full range of arm and hand services, Dr. Shatford has special interests in hand fractures and wrist injuries.

Anthony Hazel, M.D. earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona, Tucson, and a medical degree from the University of California, Irvine. Dr. Hazel completed an orthopaedic surgery residency at the Loyola University Medical Center, Maywood, Illinois, and a fellowship at the University of California, Irvine. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. Dr. Hazel enjoys spending time with his family, playing sports, and cooking. Charles Florence, APRN, earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in nursing from Spalding University. Florence is certified as a nurse practitioner, with his practice focus being hand and arm surgery. He is a member of Kentucky Coalition of Nurse Practitioners and Nurse Midwives. A native of Florence, Kentucky, Florence enjoys golf, running, hiking and anything outdoors.
