Tammy Mullins, APRN

Tammy Mullins, APRN, earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Indiana University Southeast, a master’s degree in nursing from Spalding University, a post-master’s certification from the University of Louisville, and a doctorate in nursing from the University of Kentucky. Mullins’ practice focus areas are family practice and women’s health. A native of Scottsburg, Indiana, Mullins enjoys fishing and boating in her spare time.
