I usually have a okay experience...but the past couple of times I have been the beds are not clean. There has been "gross" garbage in the rooms. I would not recommend the location in London, KY....

They closed 25 minutes before they were supposed to. I drove 30 mins to get a spray tan and went home with a "we're closed" instead with all of the beds still on.

They are overpriced and canceling your membership is a HUGE pain. You can't run in and tan without them trying to sell you 80 different lotions, very annoying. DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
