We went for lunch, and were treated extremely poorly by Christina. Her customer service skills were extremely lacking, I would be ashamed if I ever talked to a customer the way she spoke to us....

Most of the time it's good. I don't recommend ordering online as that's where my issues have been with this place, but when you go in physically 8/10 times all is great. Ordering online you don't...
