This was my first time a this particular gym. It was very clean and the equipment was really nicely maintained. I will be going back all week, and very excited to do so.

Jim, the owner, takes great care of his clients. Work out 24/7 in a small, low pressure gym. If you're not into meatheads live-streaming their sets while wearing sleeveless shirts and huffing...

Great place to workout. Clean facilities, plenty of weights and machines to work on. They always seem to be improving an already great place.

The staff is knowledgable and friendly. Great gym atmosphere and it's 24/7! Awesome if you like to work out on a random schedule like me, or burn off some steam super late at night.
