Process Machinery serves the minerals processing industry as full service equipment dealer in Kentucky, Indiana, and Ohio. As a regional systems manufacturer, the company offers a single quality source for projects. From single conveyors to multi-million dollar frac plants, Process Machinery has completed projects and systems throughout the eastern United States. As an equipment distributor, the company is proud to represent American Mine Research, Breaker Technology, Columbia Steel Castings, Eagle Iron Works, Impact Service Corporation, Krebs Engineers, Metso, NESCO, Tectron and TEMA/Isenmann in the states of Kentucky, Indiana, and Ohio. Process Machinery was established in 1979.

Built upon a commitment to quality, service, and customer satisfaction, Howard W. Pence, Inc was founded in 1970 by Howard W. Pence. We are a full service building contractor specializing in design, planning, and construction of buildings for industrial, commercial, and military applications. Our broad range of construction experience includes housing, office buildings, retail establishments, health care facilities, correctional facilities, educational facilities, recreational facilities warehousing facilities, and manufacturing facilities. In addition to beginning new projects, we also possess the experience and insight necessary to renovate existing structures. While our competent workforce has the capability of performing most trades in-house, we have developed a subcontractor workforce that is second to none. Howard W. Pence, Inc has successfully completed contracts with the private sector as well as the following Government agencies:-Howard Pence, who serves as President, has worked in various areas of the construction industry for 40 years. Prior to starting this company twenty-seven years ago, he served as an electrical inspector for the Corps of Engineers, electrical instructor at an area vocational school, and residential builder.-Mike Pence, Vice President, joined our firm after receiving his degree in Business Administration in 1971. His capabilities include construction management, project administration, quality control, and bidding.-David Pence, P.E., Vice President, with a degree in Electrical Engineering, became a part of our company in 1981 after serving an internship with an engineering firm in Shelbyville, Kentucky. He specializes in electrical installations and actively participates in project management, quality control, scheduling, and bidding.

Howell & Howell Contractors Inc. operates extensively throughout the Southeastern and Midwestern United States. Our corporate headquarters are located in Louisville, Kentucky. Howell & Howell has acquired a wealth of knowledge through its industry affiliations with coating manufacturers, equipment suppliers, and safety programs that keep us abreast of the ever-changing industry standards, as well as environmental and health concerns of this industry. Howell & Howell has project managers and skilled union craftsmen with years of painting experience and also employs a wide array of cross-trained personnel, such as machinists, certified welders, NACE inspectors, and engineers for our projects. Howell & Howell provides continuous education to our craftsmen and employs certified instructors for this training, and believes that continuous education is an asset to our employees and customers.
