Preservation Distillery and Farms is a hidden treasure in the heart of Bardstown, KY. The first and only small craft distillery in Nelson County, and the first Kentucky distillery in history founded by a woman. Preservation is located in a historic tobacco barn where we practice farm and distilling sustainability.
