The customer service was good and the staff were friendly. The store is clean and maintained well. I gave it 4/5 stars due comparing the quality of the meat to Penn Station.

They made our order inedible. Ordered two sandwiches- one without mayonnaise and they completely covered it in mayonnaise. Even the one with mayo was inedible.

Really not impressed at all... in a world of sub shops on every corner, you need to do something to stand out and they failed to do that in my opinion. Their steak sub was blah... it was on par...
