Very little transparency, even when asking for it. Will say anything on the phone to pull you into the dealership. Questionable ethics based on the wear charges when my lease was returned....
While the initial experience wasn't pleasant the manager ended up helping me. Some employees were not good but at least the management is responsible.
Had a great experience here! Bought 2 cars and will be going back for future purchases. Very clean dealership and everyone is so helpful and friendly!
If you are using their service department, be prepared for several up-sale attempts (e.g. "it looks like you need a new this or that..") AND a 3% surcharge for using a credit card.
