Mary Rayhill, APRN

Shawn W. Adams, M.D., is a neurosurgeon with Norton Neuroscience Institute. He earned his medical degree from Florida State University College of Medicine in Tallahassee, and completed his residency and fellowship at the University of Louisville in Kentucky. He also completed a fellowship at Duke University School of Medicine in Durham, North Carolina. Dr. Adams specializes in spine surgery. He is interested in the complexity of the spine and learning how he can help his patients so they can get back to living an active life. When he is not caring for patients, Dr. Adams enjoys spending time outside. He likes to bike, run, hunt, fish and enjoy the fresh air.

Elise Allgeier Puffer, APRN, earned her bachelor's and master's degrees in nursing from the University of Louisville. Puffer is a member of Kentucky Coalition of Nurse Practitioners and Nurse Midwives. Her primary focus of practice is internal medicine. A native of Louisville, Puffer enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons.
