UofL Health Care is an academic, research and teaching medical center. Formed in 1999, UofL Health Care has roots dating back to 1823 when Louisville Hospital opened its doors. The company s facilities include a burn center, cancer center and eye center, sleep disorder center, geriatrics center, stroke center and a women s health center. UofL Health Care is a family of health care facilities associated with the University of Louisville, such as University Hospital, which has more than 400 beds; The James Graham Brown Cancer Center, which offers outpatient cancer treatment; University Physician Associates, with nearly 100 physicians and 150 health care professionals on staff; and Kentucky Lions Eye Center, an outpatient eye care center. Wendy Warren, PA-C joined Children's Orthopedics of Louisville as a physician assistant in 2018 after spending more than 19 years practicing in primary pediatrics." Working closely with our team of physicians, I help to provide continuity of care for our patients", states Wendy. Wendy Warren has interest in treating bone development, acute injuries, neuromuscular disorders and cerebral palsy.
