Just picked up a click list at Kroger in Cold Spring Ky. Cross roads. They messaged me and said they were out of a box of 2.50 soft pretzels. They substituted it for an 7.99 box of soft pretzels....

The store itself is fine, but the problem is the rude employees they have. just seeing how you allow your employees to talk to customers/ other employees is a joke. wish I could give negative stars

The lady who had to help me in self checkout tonight on October 3rd was incredibly rude. Wish they would get a new worker in there
