If you're already touring the museum the factory is a must. However keep in mind if juggling both in one day it can be tight with coordination necessary. The tickets are obtained at the museum...

My tour guide (John C. ) did a great job giving information and interacting with the group. A tour is only as good as the tour guide and John made the tour informative and fun.
