That's why the company consolidated two Galerie candy company operations into a 277,000-square-foot corporate headquarters at Paul Hemmer Cos.' Airpark West development in Hebron, Ky. The headquarters houses corporate executives, creative departments, accounting, showrooms, samples and packaging, as well as assembly, distribution and shipping. The space is important since Galerie, formerly Galerie Au Chocolat, develops more than 1,000 new products from scratch each year.
