Divyesh Bhakta, MD

Kimberly Kisegy, APRN, earned bachelor's and master's degrees in nursing from the University of Louisville and is certified as a family nurse practitioner and an orthopaedic nurse practitioner. A native of Louisville, Kisegy is a member of the American Nurses Association, the Kentucky Nurses Association, American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Kentucky Coalition of Nurse Practitioners and Nurse Midwives and National Association of Orthopaedic Nurses. Her practice areas are orthopaedics and osteoporosis.

Shawn W. Adams, M.D., is a neurosurgeon with Norton Neuroscience Institute. He earned his medical degree from Florida State University College of Medicine in Tallahassee, and completed his residency and fellowship at the University of Louisville in Kentucky. He also completed a fellowship at Duke University School of Medicine in Durham, North Carolina. Dr. Adams specializes in spine surgery. He is interested in the complexity of the spine and learning how he can help his patients so they can get back to living an active life. When he is not caring for patients, Dr. Adams enjoys spending time outside. He likes to bike, run, hunt, fish and enjoy the fresh air.
