Sarah L Gehm Coulter, APRN, earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Bellarmine University and her master’s degree in nursing from the University of Louisville. Coulter, whose primary practice focus is adult/geriatric, is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. A Louisville native, she enjoys spending time with her family.

Mary Angela Rayhill, APRN, earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in nursing from the University of Louisville. Her practice focus is family practice. A Louisville native, Rayhill enjoys spending time with her family.

Lori M. Scales, M.D. earned a bachelor’s degree from Thomas More College, Crestview Hills, Kentucky, and a medical degree from the University of Louisville, where she completed her residency in internal medicine and pediatrics. Dr. Scales is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics, the American College of Physicians and the Kentucky Medical Association and is board certified in internal medicine and pediatrics. A Kentucky native, she enjoys spending time with her family.
