The phone system is absolutely horrible. It takes at least 10 minutes to try to get through the "helpful" automated system only to not be able to do what you need to do. Prescription renewals...

Only one pharmacist, overwhelmed and stressed. Didn't seem to care if I was a customer. Computer system is inefficient and annoying. I'm sure CVS doesn't care about this review.
