I wanted a small menu with fresh eclectic items, speed of service within 2 minutes of your order, and great guest service. With so many corporate restaurants in Hardin county I wanted a warm feel with fresh comfort food at the highest quality for my guests. Tamales are a specialty item you find in few places, especially here in Ky. I will accept any fresh ideas from my guests to make your experience here as wonderful as possible. It is only about you and will always be about you. Without you I simply do not exist. Specialties

Fresh homemade pork and beef tamales with amazing home made from scratch side dishes. Chicken and sausage gumbo. Andouille sausage with Cajun Red beans and rice, mac and cheese with 11 types of fresh cheese and a bechamel sauce, smoked chicken and sausage corn potato chowder, old style ham and bean soup with fresh German egg noodles and chili, plus my Mexican cornbread . Homemade desserts as well. I am a one man show here. You will always get attentive sincere over the top guest service every time with my full attention to the smallest of details with no apologies or excuses.
