After obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Eastern Kentucky University, Juliana attended law school at the University of Kentucky. While in law school, Juliana was selected to serve as a Graduate Fellow with the Kentucky Legislative Research Commission. She also worked as a legal assistant to attorney Brian McCoy in his McKee office and served as a Law Clerk with the Children's Law Center, a Kentucky non-profit organization. In completing her Juris Doctorate, Juliana studied a wide range of practice areas and emphasized practical, skills-oriented courses. She received a CALI Excellence for the Future Award for exceptional performance in Legal Drafting.
