This place has hit a new low. The seats are all shredded, see pic and my chair was broken. The rows in front of us left after seeing a rat in their row. I Wii return until this place is renovated...

Baxter Avenue Theatres is a classic. Literally any time I want to see a new movie I hit up Baxter Avenue. The reclining seats are superb and I like the themed cocktails for the movies they show....
