I'm updating a review from 7 years ago where the Allen's technician informed me I needed 3 capacitors replaced at the cost of $250 EACH.... Needless to say. Those bad capacitors are still going...

Don't get scammed! Tech tried to charge me $1000 for a control board. Said he'd give it to me for $800 if I got a membership. I didn't even ask what that meant. Who gets a membership at an HVAC...

Very upset with this company. They totally took advantage of my situation. They charged me $450 to fix two electrical outlets. My fault for not calling around to get quotes, but it is very sad...
